Shipping and Returns


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items within 25 days of order date for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the original purchase. Any special order items or final sale items are not eligible for return. Additionally, hair bows and hair accessories, earrings, and under garments are not eligible for return. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Any items that are returned with obvious odors (perfume, pet, cigarette, etc.), stains, or other signs of use are subject to rejection.

Merchandise being returned must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment and cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. The cost of re-shipping a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.


To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, fill out the return portion of your receipt, designating the reason for the return, and include the receipt in the package with your return. Be sure to send back the return in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment. We suggest that you send items back to B.Turner’s using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3 business days. After your return is processed you will receive an email confirming refund for the amount of your returned item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
